Having been asked to share recipes and food ideas so often, I decided to open up the Mindful Myrtle kitchen for vegan food demonstrations.
These can be for individuals or groups, a fantastic idea for friends or an individual seeking to learn more about healthy eating habits and for us to share our passion for plant-based food.
A kitchen experience includes 3 hours in the Mindful Myrtle Kitchen being shown how to prepare at least 3 dishes; food to take home and a Mindful Myrtle shopping bag containing recipes and some ingredients to get you started at home.
The choice of dishes is tailor made to your requirements, within reason in the time constraints. As a guide, it may include an overnight pot to kick off, a main dish, and a raw dessert.
Cost – For two people £90 per person, or if you prefer an individual experience £120.
