We try our best to cater for allergies and intolerances, but unfortunately we cannot state that the kitchens we cook in are nut/gluten free. Many of our recipes contain nuts and other allergens. If you are purchasing food from us for an event please make this clear to your customers, once the food is handed over to you, it is your responsibility to display a suitable allergy notice for your customers.
Home Kitchen Experiences
For the home kitchen cookery demonstrations we reserve the right to change the date in unforeseen circumstances, a revised date will always be chosen in consultation with the participant. A reservation is not secure until full payment is received, which must be paid at the time of booking.
If you chose not to attend the session at the arranged time you must give seven days notice, a revised date will be offered, but if the participant chooses to cancel indefinitely the payment will be retained by us in full, and the session can be put on hold for a maximum of one year at which point it will expire with no refund being given.
For all food services Mindful Myrtle offers, such as provision of food to individuals or establishments we ask for 50% payment at time of order or booking and the remaining 50% either on delivery in the case of direct food purchases, or four weeks prior to an event being catered for.
